Amelia has an A grade at both National 5 and Higher Geography.
Hobbies and Interests
My hobbies include playing hockey which I enjoy as training is a great social part of my week and games are great team bonding. I also enjoy hiking with my friends whenever we have time. Getting outside and exercising is something I love as it is social and improves my focus in other areas. Academically, I enjoy both human and physical geography, with a particular interest in how physical environments affect people and communities. Outside of university, I enjoy volunteering for charity. I’m part of the Glasgow Charity Fashion Show team, where I help organise fundraising events and work closely with different charities.
Ambitions
In the short term, I aim to graduate and go on to pursue a master’s degree. In the longer term, I would like to work as an environmental consultant, applying my interest in sustainability within a corporate setting.
