Hobbies and Interests
I am a middle-distance runner and compete over cross country and road races for Glasgow University, training for this takes up a lot of my free time. I love to hike and be in the hills as often as possible, preferably finished off with a swim in a loch (all year round). I also love to read and always try to find the time in my day to get a few pages in. I am a massive football fan and follow Scotland home and away (when possible). Due to my degree I am also massively interested in politics and current affairs, I’m somewhat of a news addict and never miss the 10 o’clock news. I am also currently learning Gaelic and trying to engage in as much Gaelic TV, music and literature as I can.
Ambitions
Immediately after graduating I plan to walk the Camino de Santiago in Spain with my friend and longer term I hope to get a job in international development and aid with the UN, Red Cross or UK Government.
