Jennifer achieved AAAAA grades at Higher and AB (Biology and Art) at Advanced Higher.
Hobbies and Interests
Outside of my studies, I enjoy hillwalking, spending time at the beach, and anything involving animals, wildlife and conservation. I love being creative with arts and crafts, and I’m currently very into knitting! I also enjoy volunteering at my university’s soup kitchen I’m especially interested in how biology and public policy intersect to support wildlife conservation and protect our natural spaces. Beyond the sciences, I’m also passionate about social policy research, particularly education reform, widening participation, and creating more equitable opportunities for young people.
Ambitions
I hope to work in a role where I am contributing to positive change to improve peoples lives. I’m particularly interested in policy research, whether in conservation and environmental protection or social policy, including education policy and widening participation.
