Alice achieved A*A*A* grades in her A Levels (Chemistry, Maths and Physics).
Hobbies and Interests
I love sports and keeping fit; I play handball at university and try to go hillwalking and skiing as much as possible. I am also an avid reader, especially of classic sci-fi, and I crochet in my free time. I’m very interested in philosophy, especially metaphysics and determinism, and how they tie in with cosmology in physics. I also try to keep myself up to date on global politics, an interest that started in school where I ran the Model UN soc.
Ambitions
I’ve researched nuclear power for uni projects and hope this might be something I can go into once I finish my degree. Non-academically, I have plans to trek both up Ben Nevis and to Everest Base Camp before the end of the year!
