Annie is a 4th Year Medicine undergraduate at The University of Edinburgh

Grades and Achievements
Annie achieved a 1st in her intercalated degree in Health Sciences. She also achieved A*A*A*A* grades in her A Levels (Biology, Chemistry, Psychology and EPQ on Alzheimer’s Disease).

Hobbies and Interests
On the weekends, I enjoy playing table tennis, doing martial arts, sketching, and over-analysing the musical themes from movies. I’m really interested in neurology, particularly Alzheimer’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Epilepsy. Outside of university, I’m also a big fan of sci-fi and consume any sci-fi media I can get my hands on.

Ambitions
I’m looking forward to refining my clinical skills when I graduate from medical school, and getting more involved as a medical advocate in my community. I’m not quite sure what I wish to specialise in yet, but I’m looking forward to discovering how my interests overlap with potential clinical roles as I progress in my education- but for now, the sky’s the limit!
