Hobbies and Interests
Since I was in school I’ve loved musical theatre and last year I was in the university production of Grease which was so much fun! In the past year or so I’ve gotten into running as well and did my first half marathon in March (which was both amazing and horrendous) and I play touch rugby with some of my medic friends. In my spare time I love to bake and am a big reader (although my goodreads does take a bit of a hit during exam time). I’m interested in critical care and pre-hospital medicine, and enjoy being a part of the wilderness medicine society at Glasgow.

Ambitions
In the future I want to work as a doctor in the NHS in a specialty I am passionate about (what that is I’m not entirely sure yet!).

I found Caledonia Tutors as my son required additional help with school. We started with the maths Headstart course last summer and it was excellent. At first I was unsure that online lessons would work but it exceeded all expectations. We chose to continue on with the tutor throughout the year as my son’s grades improved and we wanted to keep them that way. Cannot be faulted, highly recommended.

I arranged a a couple of maths lessons for my daughter, at very short notice, who was struggling a little with trigonometry ahead of a test. Her tutor explained things in an extremely easy to understand way and I will not hesitate to use her again down the line if needs be and would encourage anyone in the same boat to do the same.
