Boris is an Applied Mathematics undergraduate at The University of Edinburgh (High 1st average).

Boris achieved A*A*A*A* grades in his A Levels (Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics).

Hobbies and Interests
I play squash through the University, I hope to make the team next year. I also boulder, go to the gym and run. I’m hoping to reach a sub-20 min 5k and take part in some longer distance events in the future. I love music, having played piano since I was 10. I have also spent some time creating my own compositions. Despite my main interest being maths, I do also enjoy learning about psychology and history. I especially enjoy watching war films.

Ambitions
I would love to expand my knowledge in all areas of life but particularly I want to find an area of mathematics that I want to pursue during my degree. For my career, I hope to end up working either in a data science role or in finance. In the short-term, I want to go to study in Canada as an exchange student.
