Finn is an MA Sustainable Development undergraduate at The University of Edinburgh (2.1).

Grades and Achievements
Finn achieved AAAAB grades in his Highers and ABB grades in his Advanced Highers (Geography, Business and French).

Hobbies and Interests
I played rugby and football all the way throughout school however a year ago i decided to give it up and took up golf and still occasionally try to go to the gym. I also work a part time job as a barman at Prestonfield golf club. Academically I am particularly interested in geopolitical history however out with my studies I am involved in the uni trading and investment society and have applied to work on the uni’s very own student lead politics podcast!

Ambitions
I wish to help others as I move forward as I’ve come to learn, as much as other aspects, seeing others succeed and do well as well as yourself is equally rewarding. Doing this while also exploring and trying new things would probably be my ultimate ambition!

I found Caledonia Tutors as my son required additional help with school. We started with the maths Headstart course last summer and it was excellent. At first I was unsure that online lessons would work but it exceeded all expectations. We chose to continue on with the tutor throughout the year as my son’s grades improved and we wanted to keep them that way. Cannot be faulted, highly recommended.

I arranged a a couple of maths lessons for my daughter, at very short notice, who was struggling a little with trigonometry ahead of a test. Her tutor explained things in an extremely easy to understand way and I will not hesitate to use her again down the line if needs be and would encourage anyone in the same boat to do the same.

After failing his prelim in Nat 5 math I reached out to Caledonia Tutors for tutoring for my son and he was matched with Ubaida for weekly tutoring online. Ubaida was brilliant.
