Jessica is a 4th Year Chemistry Undergraduate at The University of Glasgow (1st).

Grades and Achievements
Jessica achieved A*A*A* grades in her A Levels (Chemistry, Biology and Maths) and 9s and one 8 in her GCSE exams.

Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy swimming, Taekwondo, Bollywood Zumba, reading thrillers, and cooking. Revising could also be considered a hobby, as I spend a lot of time doing it and genuinely enjoy the process of learning. With a quote I often say: ‘Fail to prepare, prepare to fail’. I’m fascinated by all aspects of chemistry, especially physical chemistry and delving into the quantum-side of things. I’m also a big fan of Formula 1 and love watching races each weekend. Additionally, by securing the role of Class Representative each consecutive year at university, I have regularly been in leadership positions and have proved my effective communication skills in staff meetings and presentations.

Ambitions
My ambition is to have a happy, healthy and balanced life, pursuing a career I love while making time for family, friends, and extracurricular activities. To be extra ambitious, I hope my work in chemistry will one day lead to a Nobel Prize. As I always say, ‘Go big or go home!’
