Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy swimming, long-distance running, Taekwondo, reading thrillers, and cooking. Revising could also be considered a hobby, as I spend a lot of time doing it and genuinely enjoy the process of learning. With a quote I often say: ‘Fail to prepare, prepare to fail’.I’m fascinated by all aspects of chemistry, especially organic chemistry and its real-world applications. I’m also a big fan of Formula 1 and love watching races each weekend with my friends. Additionally, as the Deputy Submissions Editor for my university’s science magazine (GIST), I review and edit student submissions, fuelling my passion for making science accessible to the public.
Ambitions
My ambition is to have a happy, healthy and balanced life, pursuing a career I love while making time for family, friends, and extracurricular activities. To be extra ambitious, I hope my work in chemistry will one day lead to a Nobel Prize. As I always say, ‘Go big or go home!’
