Maddy achieved A*A*B grades in her A Levels (Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics).
Hobbies and Interests
I play hockey for the University of Edinburgh and also play netball and lacrosse at a much lower level. I also love to sing and play the piano and guitar but also at a very low level. I love to go out with my friends, especially to a pub quiz. And between all this, I am trying to learn to knit. I have an unhealthy obsession with Miranda Hart and the tv show Fleabag. My favourite area of chemistry is physical chemistry despite not loving maths or physics! I am definitely a cat person (although I do love dogs as well). I think the best album ever is Rumours by fleetwood mac and at the moment I am really enjoying listening to Tracy Chapman.
Ambitions
I would either love to become a chemist and try and discover a life changing drug, or I would like to be a secondary school teacher and teach chemistry. I really want to travel the world, particularly Indonesia, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. I would also love lots of cats and a dog, and perhaps have a share in Greggs.
