Zoe is a final Year Geography undergraduate at The University of Glasgow (High 1st).
Grades and Achievements
Zoe achieved AAAAA grades in her Highers and AAA grades in her Advanced Highers (Biology, Geography and French).
Hobbies and Interests
I love getting out in the Scottish nature for hiking and swimming, and my summers usually involve several camping trips. I also like doing yoga and bouldering, going to gigs, and I’ve recently been getting into cycling! I find food and cooking super interesting and I enjoy spending time in the kitchen trying new creations, or making food to share with friends and family. This interest is reflected in my dissertation research, which looks at the geopolitics of food consumption and waste. I’m also interested in all wildlife but specifically marine life, and I am lucky enough to have been scuba diving in various locations around the world.
Ambitions
I would like to have a job in which I feel like I am making a positive impact in the world, whether that be in conservation, sustainability research, or in education. And I would love to be able to travel and see the world.
